Kelsey is a licensed speech language pathologist, feeding specialist, and lactation counselor with over a decade of experience treating and diagnosing pediatric speech, language, and feeding disorders. She earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) and her master’s degree at New York University.

Over the years, she has gained experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient/outpatient pediatric hospitals, schools, and home care. She has completed specialized training in feeding/swallowing disorders, and speech sound disorder, and childhood apraxia of speech. Kelsey takes a warm and engaging approach to therapy, blending evidenced-based techniques with play, connection, and compassion. She prioritizes parent education and believes in the importance of including the whole family in therapy.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 young kids, baking, and exercising.

Mini Milestones Speech and Feeding Therapy proudly serves children in their homes, daycare/school, and in the community throughout Montgomery and Bucks County as well as the surrounding areas.

  • Set up a free 15 minute phone consultation with us! During this call we will learn more about you, your child, and your goals/areas of concern. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about our services!

  • Mini Milestones will complete a comprehensive speech/language or feeding evaluation. We will discuss outcomes and work together to establish goals. We will design a custom treatment plan to guide us in therapy.

  • Let the fun begin! Speech, language and feeding therapy will be conducted in-home, in-day care/school, or in the community.

Insurance & Billing

Mini Milestones Speech and Feeding Therapy is out of network with insurance providers. Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits. We are happy to provide a superbill that may be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA cards, cash, check, credit/debit payment.
